Very large well equipped room with good proximity to the fun downtown area of Porte Alegre. I only stayed one night so Ihave no real opinion about the hotel staff but they seemed fine. Kevin

Hotel is outdated. Public areas are empty and poor. Location is lousy, in a shabby street.

I really enjoyed the modern vibe of this hotel, and the night shift staff were very attentive, plus my double room and bed were super comfy.

The Hotel was within walking distance of the centre, the shops, the conference centres. It had some good inexpensive restaurants nearby, some with local colour and live music. The staff were very helpful and some spoke English fluently. Breakfast was excellent with a nice variety of fruits and items to satisfy the english or continental taste.
Naturally, it would have been more attractive to have had a room with a nice view of the bay or city. I don't think this was available, though.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with a fantastic shower and a beautiful view of the garden. The staff was friendly, remembering my name and providing excellent service. The location was convenient, with a small gym and herbs available on the roof.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement, with more variety needed over the course of my stay.
